Tolerance and Inclusion Programs
Many institutions have established policies of diversity, empathy, and tolerance. Yet, finding experiential, hands-on and innovative approaches to building skills of inclusion, harmony and communication within teams or students is still a challenge. Marsa Abroad for Experiential Learning collaborates with Cultural Infusion, Australia to offer new innovative programs of cultural exploration.
Through a series of engaging, fun game-based learning, music, and interactive stories, participants will embark on a progressively deeper journey of understanding themselves and others. This program will offer opportunities to build personal and leadership skills by exploring other cultures.

Two types of intercultural Programs are available:
Intercultural Ambassador Program
A series of sessions designed to cultivate participant wellbeing and intercultural understanding. They are delivered as:
- Webinar (delivered over a 16-week period)
- Travel to Australia (delivered over a 10-day period)
- Onsite (delivered over a 5-day period)
Inclusive Leader and Conflict Resolution Program
A series of sessions designed to cultivate participant leadership and inclusion skills. They are delivered as:
